Billing, in plain language. Paid plans are subscriptions billed in US dollars and renew automatically until you cancel — monthly, or once a year if you take the yearly price. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where we are required to collect it, and it is shown before you pay. You can cancel any time and keep access to the end of the period you paid for, and any charge can be refunded within 14 days, no questions asked.

One generation. Type a topic, get 25 questions. Regenerating the same topic counts again, because it is another model call. Playing a board — as many times as you like, with as many classes as you like — costs nothing.

No, and we will not add them. Hands-up mode needs no devices at all. The optional phone buzzer only asks for the room code and a first name.
The ready-made library still works, and the board you already generated keeps working. You just cannot generate a new topic until the period resets. We do not auto-charge overage.
Yes. The Department plan is built for that: email hi@gameboardly.com with the school name and billing contact and we will send an invoice with the details your finance office asks for.
Any time, from the account page or by email. Your plan runs to the end of the paid period, then drops to the free account. No cancellation fee, no phone call.
If you bought a month and it did not work for your class, email us in the first 14 days and we refund it. No form.
